Athenree Wildlife Reserve Planting Event

If you feel like doing something a bit different on Sunday the 18th of September, get in touch with Pete Huggins from DoC. He's looking for friendly volunteers to help out with a spot of planting at the Athenree Wildlife Reserve. Meet at the reserve, which you can access from the Steele Road entrance, at 10 am. DoC will even shout you a bite to eat and you can check out the displays and information to learn more about the restoration of this important wild life habitat.
