Dally With The Dahlias At The Waihi Dahlia Show

TIME: 12 30 - 3 pm
The Waihi Dahlia Show is on Wednesday the 18th of January at the Waihi Presbyterian Hall on Moresby Avenue. Open to the public from 12.30 to 3 pm, the entry fee is $2.50. There is no cost for children accompanied by an adult to see the show.
Anybody who wishes to show their dahlias needs to have them ready for judging by 10.50 am so it's important to be there in plenty of time to have your entry ready.
The Waihi Presbyterian Hall will be open from 6 pm to 8pm on Tuesday evening and again from 6.30 am on the Wednesday morning, so for advice and information you can call in any time from then on.
There is a section this year for 'First Ever Competitors' and there are sections for vegetables and cut flowers too.
The best thing to do would be to contact Jennifer on 07 863 7563 or Alison on 07 863 7137 for a programme.
The Waihi Dahlia Show always has many beautiful blooms on show so if you're a lover of flowers don't miss it.
