TIME: 10 am to 2 pm
Healthy living will be highlighted with a Herbs Health and Healing Expo on Saturday the 7th of May. Entry is a gold coin donation and there will be a full programme of subjects covered. 'The Little Bang Fairy Show' will hold a performance at 10 am. Morry Vickers will do a presentation on growing olives, making olive oil and the health benefits of olives.
Tai Chi tutor Trish Miller will hold a demonstration and Tom Reardon will talk about pain relief without drugs.
At midday Peter Gosney and Lilivati Manning will demonstrate the benefits of Aromatherapy and at 12.30 Joan Hovel will focus on Kawakawa and other native plants.
Dr Janice Anne Priest will end the day with a question and answer session on how to be your own health practitioner.
