Santa Claus is Coming To Waihi Town On December the 10th

The annual Go Waihi Christmas Parade 2011 is happening from 1 pm on Saturday the 10th of December. The streets of Waihi will come alive with a 'floatilla of fun' as Waihi comes out to celebrate the festive season.

It's a great way for schools, businesses, community groups or families and individuals to get involved and have some fun promoting themselves to the crowds of people who turn out on the day.

Start thinking about your float now. You can even create a walking float. The possibilities are endless.You don't have to have a truck to build a float. It's amazing what you can do with some chicken wire and coloured tissues!

Dress up and let your hair down for the Go Waihi Christmas Parade which is sponsored by Harcourts Real Estate on Seddon St again this year.
