Vandalism At Koru & Behind The Waihi Memorial Hall
It was a sad day for Waihi when Shirley Spurr's funeral was disrupted by the theft of food and drink intended for guests.
The same night Koru Florist & Gallery which is a few doors up the road on Seddon Street was also broken into. Goods were stolen and the inside of the shop was vandalised with tags.
Taggers also defaced the walls on the sides of two shops at the back of the Waihi Memorial Hall.
It's not nice! Let's hope the offenders are caught soon.
