An aluminium runabout which was taken from Tanner's Point and later found at Anzac Bay.
Downer's report 26 street signs and safety cones have been stolen over the last few days. There is concern about the theft of the safety cones for obvious reasons.
A man who was arrested for breaching a protection order was also charged with driving offences when he drove to his former partner's home even though he was disqualified from driving.
Another disqualified driver breached his protection order twice last Friday. He drove to a property and was involved in what Senior Sergeant Rex Knight described as "a nasty domestic assault on his partner". The man who had also been drinking then drove to another property where an associate turned on police and jumped onto a police officer. The man suffered a broken leg and dislocated hip when the police officer threw him to the ground. Both men were arrested.
