Ohinemuri Estate Winery Has New Chef

The Ohinemuri Estate Winery has a new chef and a new summer menu.

Ohinemuri Estate's Wendy Hillerich says Ronny Kurze has a fantastic background, having worked in Michelin Star restaurants in Europe. He's also run kitchens in exclusive Canadian lodges and more recently the globe trotting chef has worked in winery restaurants in both Australia and New Zealand.

Ohinemuri Estate is now open 7 days throughout the summer and their current exhibition features works by well known artist Chilton Tinling.

Set high up above the Karangahake Gorge the boutique winery restaurant has a sheltered outdoor area for alfresco dining and their wines are matched to enhance their new menu.
