Parts of Seddon Street Unplugged Today

Retailers and eateries on one side of Seddon St have been kept in the dark, literally today, when a power outage occured at about 12.30 pm. It seems that only one block of Seddon Street is affected and power is due to be restored by about 5.30 pm.
