Waihi's Got Talent ...and wants to find it.The Waihi Beach RSA are looking for talented local school children to show what they can do in a talent quest at the Waihi Beach Memorial RSA in August (date to be confirmed).
The overall winner will receive $1000 worth of funding towards a school project and each winner from the 3 categories will take home $200 as well, so encourage all the talented kids you know to grab an entry form from their school office and give it a go.
There will be an opportunity for contestants to rehearse at the Beach RSA as well, so they will be able to use the sound system and get to work in the area they'll be performing in.
Entrants must go to a Waihi area school, and they can sing, dance, play an instrument, do a novelty act and share the lime light.
