Hauraki District Mayor John Tregidga spoke about how the PCIP community forum is likely to be formed. There will be an election process and the Mayor said he's very conscious of the time frames. Voting papers will be sent out, scrutineers will be appointed and the process will be robust.

He's also reminded people about the Draft Hauraki Long Term Plan and encourages the community to get involved and have a say.
