Backlash to Grinding

Is grind dancing taking it too far? One savvy 24-year-old from East Cambridge, Massachusetts, says yes and has launched an assault against "grinding", the type of dirty-style dancing that mimics sex. She's made a video giving tips on how to discourage men getting up close and grinding without consent.

She said "I'm sick and tired of guys thinking that just because I showed up at a dance I want their genitalia touching my back side".

She must have struck a chord because her video has had millions of views.

Music videos and movies are being blamed for the grinding trend and school dances are being cancelled because concerned parents and teachers don't approve of the dirty dancing.

Going by the name "Jenna Marbles", Jenna Mourey has created a series of video blogs including the viral video which instructs girls how to fend of a grinder by using the "weird face".
