Brian Gentil spoke with Allan Halse, Director of Culture Safe NZ Ltd during the Breakfast Show on Monday morning about bullying in the workplace.
How bad is the situation, who bullies who, why and what can you do if you’re being bullied are all questions put to Allan by Brian, along with a number of other issues.
Sadly New Zealand has a high rate of bullying in the workplace, including in government, DHB’s, councils, the health sector, big and small businesses and more.
Listen to our podcast of the interview with Allan Halse to learn more about workplace bullying and where you can get help if it’s happening to you.
