Brian Gentil spoke with Matthew Anderson, who plays ‘Woody’ in the Waihi Drama Society’s new production, The Pink Hammer.
The play, directed by Geraldine Broderick opens at the Boyd Road Theatre tonight at 7 pm.
Tickets are available at Waihi Stationery on Seddon Street, next to Clarks Pharmacy on the roundabout.
The show runs Wednesday to Sunday for the next two weeks with Sunday matinees at 4 pm until October 13.
This hilarious kiwi comedy-drama about new ways to use a chisel, build a dog house, and negotiate with a bloke in his beloved man-cave involves beer, scones, unidentifiable wooden objects, a lot of arguing, and a lot of fun.
Mitre 10 is offering a Spot Prize each night of a $50 gift card.
Opening Night has a special offer for tickets - just $15 each.
