Unlimited Palette consists of 5 women friends, all of whom have extensive backgrounds in art.
Sally Thrush - Printmaker and artist in acrylics; teacher
Robyn Betterton - artist in acrylics, calligraphy, book arts; teacher
Trish Coates - specialist in illustration and portraits; writer
Pam Lines - watercolourist; teacher
Berys Daly - surface artist in mixed media; local arts champion; teacher
The Unlimited Palette group was set up in March 2016 with the idea of meeting regularly for support and inspiration. The artists do this through fortnightly coffee catch-ups, regular pop-up shows, and visiting galleries and other artists for inspiration and enjoyment. Occasionally they set themselves a challenge which requires thought and working outside their comfort zones.
Talented, committed and keen to present their art work to the public, Unlimited Palette is opening the doors of the Church Hall to present an exhibition of their work at the Wilson Road shops, Waihi Beach this Saturday, October 25 for one day only. Entry to the exhibition is free between 9.30 - 4 pm.
