Brian Gentil welcomed Lucy James from the Waihi Drama Society into the studio to chat about their Open Day this Sunday between 2 and 4 pm.
Lucy and Brian talked about each department and what people can expect to see and do on Sunday.
From costumes to scene setting and building, lighting to sound, visitors will be able to have a go.
Dress up in their costumes and take a photo in one of the scenes set up on the stage, talk to the team about the different aspects of the Waihi Drama Society and have a good look around the theatre.
It’s free to attend the Open Day and if you take a can of food along in exchange for a free sausage on their sausage sizzle, the can will go to the foodbank.
