The Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust had a very busy weekend with crew involved with 19 missions covered until Sunday night.
Most call outs were for medical events.
Three were to motor vehicle incidents at Port Waikato, Muriwai and Kumeu.
Two call outs were to assist people in the water, one at Ninety Mile Beach and one to Karioitahi. Crew were stood down and returned to base in both incidents.
Injuries made up the rest of the call outs with motocross biking, mountain biking, sandboarding and walking accidents over a wide area including Great Barrier Island, Bethells Beach, Orere Point and Muriwai, with patients requiring assistance and or transportation.
