As a responsible broadcaster, Gold FM complies with the NZ Broadcasting Code of Practise.

If you feel standards have been breached you can make a formal complaint within 20 working days of the broadcast on Gold FM.

Please specify the name of the programme, the date of broadcast, the standard(s) alleged to have been breached and why.

Send complaints to Gold FM, PO Box 341, Waihi 3641 in the first instance.

Gold FM will follow this complaints process.
