Some of the young cast of 27 children joined Brian Gentil in the Gold FM studio to tell us about Waihi Drama Society’s latest production, Bugsy Malone.

The main characters, Bugsy and Tallulah played by Leo and Rosie Morley, Oscar Sandford who plays Dandy Dan and Bellamy Perry or Fat Sam talked about the plot, cream pies, the curtain coming down when it wasn’t supposed to and just a little about their characters.

Set in 1929 during the depression and prohibition period this tongue in cheek send up is a good one for the whole family.
